Marokko: Le mariage forcé

Le présent rapport porte sur la pratique du mariage forcé au Maroc.

Un mariage forcé est un mariage contracté sans le libre consentement des deux époux ou lorsque le consentement d'au moins un des époux a été donné sous la contrainte physique et/ou morale (violence, menaces, chantage affectif, pressions psychologiques, etc.).

Cette recherche a été clôturée le 1er mars 2023.

Pakistan: Security situation

Veiligheidssituatie

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in Pakistan. It is a partial update of the Country of Origin Information Report Pakistan: Security situation which was drafted by Cedoca and published on 27 October 2021 by the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA). This update is particularly focused on the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. Events that took place during the drafting of this report in January and February 2023 are also included.

Soedan: Security situation in Darfur and the Two Areas

Veiligheidssituatie

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in the five states of Darfur, the Two Areas (the two southern provinces of South Kordofan and Blue Nile) and West Kordofan in Sudan. The report is particularly focused on the period from January 2022 to December 2022.

From 30 October to 10 November 2022, the Norwegian Country of Origin Information Centre (Landinfo) and Cedoca conducted a joint fact-finding mission in Sudan. Information collected during meetings with sources in Khartoum is also included in this report.

Bangladesh

EASO COI Report. Country Overview

In a ‘Country Overview’ report, EASO aims to provide information on a wide range of topics of particular relevance for international protection status determination (Refugee Status and Subsidiary Protection) for Bangladeshi applicants.

The information has largely been taken from open sources, such as international and Bangladeshi NGOs, think tanks, media, and academic research. The majority of the information was researched during the drafting period 4 to 22 September 2017. Some additional information was researched during the implementation phase of the peer-review comments, with the purpose of complementing the existing draft.

Deze COI Focus geeft zicht op de actuele situatie in Bosnië-Herzegovina. De informatie in deze COI Focus loopt tot en met 1 november 2022.

Dit document is een actualisering van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 6 januari 2022.

Sinds jaren volgt Cedoca de situatie in Bosnië-Herzegovina op de voet. Informatie over de jaren vóór 2017 is, voor zover niet relevant, niet opgenomen in dit overzicht.

De aandacht gaat hierbij specifiek uit naar de rechtstoestand, de toepassing van de rechtsvoorschriften in het democratische stelsel, de politieke omstandigheden, de mate waarin vervolging of mishandeling voorkomen en er tegen eventuele vervolging of mishandeling bescherming geboden wordt.

Deze COI Focus geeft zicht op de actuele situatie in Bosnië-Herzegovina. De aandacht gaat hierbij specifiek uit naar de rechtstoestand, de toepassing van de rechtsvoorschriften in het democratische stelsel, de politieke omstandigheden, de mate waarin vervolging of mishandeling voorkomen en de mate waarin er tegen eventuele vervolging of mishandeling bescherming geboden wordt.

Dit document is een actualisering van de COI Focus Algemene situatie van 1 december 2017.

Burkina Faso

Situation sécuritaire
06 oktober 2022

Ce rapport dresse un état des lieux de la situation sécuritaire au Burkina Faso. Il s’intéresse particulièrement à la période allant du 1er avril 2021 au 19 août 2022, mettant à jour un rapport portant le même titre, publié le 7 avril 2021 et un addendum publié le 17 juin 2021. Les recherches ont été clôturées le 19 août 2022.

Au-delà de cette période de recherche documentaire, le Cedoca mentionne le coup d’Etat survenu en octobre 2022.

Situation sécuritaire - Addendum
17 juni 2021

Cette addendum complète le COI Focus du 7 avril 2021 et se focalise uniquement sur quelques tendances de la violence liée au conflit armé au Burkina Faso depuis le 31 mars 2021, date de clôture des recherches du COI Focus précité, jusqu’au 16 juin 2021.
