La présente recherche s’intéresse essentiellement à la situation spécifique des homosexuels au Togo. Le terme « homosexuel » désigne tant les hommes que les femmes mais lorsqu’il s’agira d’insister sur la dimension spécifique de l’expérience des uns ou des autres, le Cedoca utilisera alors les termes « gay » et « lesbienne ».
Dans le discours international sur les droits humains, le sigle LGBTQI (Lesbiennes, Gays, Bisexuel-les, Trans, Queer et Intersexes) désigne les minorités sexuelles. Il permet également de désigner les institutions, organisations et individus qui militent pour la défense de leurs droits.
La recherche documentaire couvre la période de janvier 2020 à mai 2023.

Dit rapport behandelt de houding van de Iraanse autoriteiten ten opzichte van Iraniërs in het buitenland en Iraniërs die terugkeren naar Iran. Het bestrijkt de periode 1 maart 2020 tot en met 31 maart 2023.

D’autres termes et sigles utilisés par les sources consultées dans le cadre de cette recherche sont également cités dans le présent document ; c’est le cas des sigles HSH (hommes ayant des rapports sexuels avec des hommes), LGBT, LGBTQI+ et du terme wolof gordiguen signifiant littéralement « homme-femme ».
Le présent rapport constitue une mise à jour du COI Focus daté du 5 septembre 2016. Le Cedoca a clôturé la recherche le 19 avril 2023.

This report follows the structure of the individual provincial chapters in the EASO Country of Origin Information Reports on Afghanistan. The general description of the city contains information on the geography and population. The chapter on the background of the conflict takes a longer-term look at the security situation in Kabul and includes descriptions of the actors active in the city. In the chapter on recent security trends, the nature and frequency of the violence, illustrative incidents as well as civilian casualties and the further impact on civilians in Kabul are described within a timeframe from 1 April 2020 until 15 May 2021. Lastly, a separate chapter is dedicated to population displacements caused by the conflict and the situation of internally displaced people (IDPs) and returnees in Kabul City.

Corruptie en documentenfraude van 21 november 2017. Dit document beschrijft de nieuwe ontwikkelingen sinds januari 2018 en concentreert zich op de huidige situatie. Cedoca raadpleegde voornamelijk bronnen gedateerd van januari 2018 tot en met december 2020. Omwille van hun relevantie en voor een goed begrip van de context van corruptie en documentenfraude in Afghanistan, heeft Cedoca ook enkele oudere bronnen geconsulteerd en opgenomen.
Deze COI Focus geeft geen uitsluitsel over de authenticiteit van een specifiek document dat ter ondersteuning van een concreet verzoek om internationale bescherming is neergelegd.
