Le présent rapport porte sur la pratique du mariage forcé au Maroc.
Un mariage forcé est un mariage contracté sans le libre consentement des deux époux ou lorsque le consentement d'au moins un des époux a été donné sous la contrainte physique et/ou morale (violence, menaces, chantage affectif, pressions psychologiques, etc.).
Cette recherche a été clôturée le 1er mars 2023.
The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in the five states of Darfur, the Two Areas (the two southern provinces of South Kordofan and Blue Nile) and West Kordofan in Sudan. The report is particularly focused on the period from January 2022 to December 2022.
From 30 October to 10 November 2022, the Norwegian Country of Origin Information Centre (Landinfo) and Cedoca conducted a joint fact-finding mission in Sudan. Information collected during meetings with sources in Khartoum is also included in this report.
The report provides an update on and mapping of the security situation at both country and regional level, namely for the 18 administrative regions foreseen by the Somali provisional constitution as they existed before 1991. The report builds upon preceding EASO COI reports, notably the Somalia: Security Situation from September 2021, but also Actors, Targeted profiles and Key socio-economic indicators. They were published in the period July- September 2021.
The report provides an overview of the main security trends and conflict dynamics at country level in the reference period (1 July 2021 - 30 November 2022). Within this context it includes information on crucial developments that were already visible as of December 2022.
Additionally, the report provides an update on the main changes regarding state and non-state (armed) actors and their control areas or presence during the same reporting period. For the full overview of these actors see the report on Somalia: Actors. Finally, the report engages with conflict dynamics and security developments at the regional level. In this section, it provides information about incidents and their impact on civilian life, including conflict related humanitarian issues.
The drafting of this report was finalised on 3 February 2023.
Deze COI Focus Algemene situatie biedt een overzicht van een brede waaier van relevante en actuele COI-bronnen over Albanië.
Dit document is een actualisering van een eerder overzicht van de situatie in Albanië, gepubliceerd op 27 juni 2018. Het is aangevuld met informatie uit de periode van augustus 2018 tot mei 2020. De beschikbare informatie staat niet alleen thematisch maar telkens ook chronologisch geordend zodat de evolutie van elk thema gedurende de voorbije vijf jaar zichtbaar wordt.
Deze COI Focus Algemene situatie biedt een overzicht van alle relevante informatie en analyses over de algemene situatie van asielzoekers uit Albanië. De COI Focus is opgevat als een compendium en voorziet daarom niet in een synthetiserende samenvatting.
Huiselijk geweld komt voor binnen alle lagen van de Albanese bevolking, maar treft voornamelijk vrouwen die financieel afhankelijk zijn van hun echtgenoot of partner. Economische problemen, drankgebruik en echtscheidingen liggen vaak aan de basis van geweldincidenten in gezinssituaties.
Cedoca heeft van 13 tot 21 maart 2017 een fact-finding missie in Albanië uitgevoerd om informatie te vergaren. Dit rapport bevat informatie die Cedoca bij haar gesprekspartners heeft ingewonnen en bijkomende informatie uit verslagen van internationale organisaties, de vakliteratuur en online informatiebronnen.
Le présent rapport est une mise à jour du COI Focus daté du 28 septembre 2017 qui a pour titre Le retour des demandeurs d’asile déboutés. Il s’intéresse à l’attitude des autorités algériennes vis-à-vis de leurs ressortissants de retour après avoir quitté illégalement le pays et/ou avoir introduit une demande de protection internationale (DPI) en Belgique et/ou y avoir séjourné. Le traitement que réservent les autorités aux ressortissants de retour en raison de leur profil politique, ethnique, religieux ou terroriste ne fait pas l’objet de cette recherche.
Le retour dans le pays d’origine doit être envisagé lorsque l’étranger ne réunit plus les conditions requises pour son séjour en Belgique. Ce retour peut être volontaire ou forcé.
Ce rapport couvre l’année 2019 et les dix premiers mois de l’année 2020.
Instemming met het huwelijk is de voornaamste factor om te bepalen of een huwelijk al dan niet vrij werd gesloten, volgens de meeste bronnen die Cedoca heeft geraadpleegd. Gedwongen huwelijken komen af en toe voor in Algerije. De reden die hiervoor wordt opgegeven is meestal de noodzaak om een dochter uit te huwelijken om te vermijden dat ze eerverlies over de ganse familie zou brengen.
