Guinee: La situation ethnique

Le présent rapport a été réalisé avec l'aide du Fonds européen pour l'asile, la migration et l'intégration (FAMI). Il s’intéresse à la situation ethnique en république de Guinée, mettant à jour le précédent COI Focus daté du 3 avril 2020.

La recherche pour cette mise à jour a été clôturée le 9 mars 2023.

Le 5 septembre 2021, un coup d’Etat militaire a eu lieu par le Comité national du rassemblement et du développement (CNRD), avec à sa tête le colonel Mamadi Doumbouya. Alpha Condé, le président déchu, effectuait alors un troisième mandat contesté par l’opposition. Après avoir dissout le gouvernement, l’Assemblée et la Constitution, la junte au pouvoir a annoncé une période de transition, toujours en cours au moment de la clôture de ce COI Focus.

Marokko: Le mariage forcé

Le présent rapport porte sur la pratique du mariage forcé au Maroc.

Un mariage forcé est un mariage contracté sans le libre consentement des deux époux ou lorsque le consentement d'au moins un des époux a été donné sous la contrainte physique et/ou morale (violence, menaces, chantage affectif, pressions psychologiques, etc.).

Cette recherche a été clôturée le 1er mars 2023.

Pakistan: Security situation

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in Pakistan. It is a partial update of the Country of Origin Information Report Pakistan: Security situation which was drafted by Cedoca and published on 27 October 2021 by the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA). This update is particularly focused on the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. Events that took place during the drafting of this report in January and February 2023 are also included.

Soedan

Security situation in Darfur and the Two Areas
23 februari 2023

The purpose of this COI Focus is to assess the security situation in the five states of Darfur, the Two Areas (the two southern provinces of South Kordofan and Blue Nile) and West Kordofan in Sudan. The report is particularly focused on the period from January 2022 to December 2022.

From 30 October to 10 November 2022, the Norwegian Country of Origin Information Centre (Landinfo) and Cedoca conducted a joint fact-finding mission in Sudan. Information collected during meetings with sources in Khartoum is also included in this report.

Algemene situatie in Khartoem

Dit onderzoek maakt een stand van zaken op over de algemene situatie in Khartoem. Dit rapport is een update van de COI Focus Soedan. Stand van zaken na de militaire coup van 25 oktober 2021 van 24 januari 2022. Het onderzoek richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van 1 februari tot september 2022. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 16 september 2022.

Veiligheidssituatie in de Two Areas

Dit onderzoek maakt een stand van zaken op van de veiligheidssituatie in de Two Areas in Soedan. Het is een update van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 28 januari 2021, en richt zich in het bijzonder op de periode van 1 januari tot 31 december 2021. Het onderzoek werd afgesloten op 11 februari 2022.
