Le présent rapport est une mise à jour du COI Focus daté du 2 juillet 2019. Il s’intéresse à l’attitude des autorités guinéennes vis-à-vis de leurs ressortissants de retour ayant quitté illégalement le pays et/ou ayant introduit une demande de protection internationale (DPI) en Belgique et/ou y ayant séjourné. Il couvre la période allant de janvier 2022 à août 2025.
Le retour dans le pays d’origine est envisagé lorsque l’étranger ne réunit plus les conditions requises pour son séjour en Belgique. Ce retour peut être volontaire ou forcé.
Le Cedoca a clôturé la recherche pour cette mise à jour le 16 octobre 2025.

Deze COI Focus beschrijft de situatie van Tigrayanen in de Ethiopische hoofdstad Addis Abeba. Dit rapport is een update van de gelijknamige COI Focus van 5 september 2024. Het behandelt de periode van juni 2024 tot september 2025. Het onderzoek werd afgerond op 30 september 2025.
Cedoca voerde een onderzoeksmissie (fact-finding mission, FFM) uit naar Ethiopië van 14 tot 24 november 2023 om onder meer rond dit thema informatie in te winnen. Deze missie is ondernomen met de financiële steun van het Europese Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). De informatie over de situatie van Tigrayanen in de hoofdstad verzameld tijdens de gesprekken met contacten voegde Cedoca toe aan deze COI Focus.

In deze COI Focus beschrijft Cedoca de veiligheidssituatie in de stad Jalalabad, hoofdplaats van de provincie Nangarhar in het oosten van Afghanistan. De verslagperiode voor dit rapport bestrijkt de periode tussen 1 februari 2018 en 31 januari 2019. Het onderzoek is afgerond op 25 februari 2019. Deze COI Focus is een actualisering van de gelijknamige COI Focus Veiligheidssituatie in Jalalabad van 20 februari 2018.
Deze COI Focus bevat geen beschrijving van de huidige stand van het conflict in Afghanistan in zijn geheel, noch van de situatie in de provincie Nangarhar. Hoewel de veiligheidsanalyse in de stad Jalalabad centraal staat, handelt een deel van de informatie (bijvoorbeeld die met betrekking tot de typologie van het geweld) ook over het gelijknamige district Jalalabad en de omringende districten Behsud en Surkhrod, respectievelijk ten noorden en ten westen van de stad Jalalabad.

This report is an update of the EASO COI report Afghanistan Security Situation first published in January 2015, and updated in January 2016, November 2016 and in December 2017.

De stad is een belangrijk commercieel centrum in het oosten van Afghanistan, gelegen op een strategische positie langs verschillende handelsroutes.
