Ce document présente des informations sur les possibilités de voyager depuis Bruxelles vers Bamako ainsi que sur les possibilités de déplacement pour rejoindre les régions du sud du Mali à partir de la capitale. Dans la dernière partie, il traite des retours de ressortissants maliens organisés par le gouvernement avec l’appui de l’Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM), en 2024 et 2025. Pour élaborer ce COI Focus, le Cedoca s’est appuyé sur des informations publiques disponibles en novembre 2025. Le Cedoca a clôturé ses recherches le 20 novembre 2025. Ce rapport constitue une mise à jour du COI Focus du 18 décembre 2024 portant le titre Mali. Possibilités de retour et de déplacement.

Ce COI Focus dresse un état des lieux de la situation sécuritaire au Mali. Il porte sur la période allant de septembre 2024 à fin septembre 2025. Ce document met à jour le COI Focus portant le même titre, daté du 22 novembre 2024. Les recherches pour cette actualisation ont été clôturées le 18 septembre 2025.

In deze COI Focus beschrijft Cedoca de prevalentie van corruptie en documentenfraude in Pakistan. Dit document is een actualisering van de COI Focus Pakistan. Corruptie en documentenfraude van 29 september 2022. Dit document bevat de nieuwe ontwikkelingen sinds oktober 2022 tot en met 29 oktober 2025. Cedoca heeft het onderzoek afgesloten op 29 oktober 2025.

Afghanistan

This report covers the overall security situation in Afghanistan from 1 March to 31 August 2021 and contains information on clashes and other security related events on provincial and district level during the reference period. The report also describes the Taliban's take-over of Afghanistan as international forces withdrew, beginning with the increased number of districts falling under Taliban control between March and July, followed by the capture of provincial capitals between 6 and 14 August, including the 'heavily defended' northern city of Mazar-e Sharif, and the final take-over of the capital Kabul on 15 August 2021. 

The report does not cover events after 31 August.

Gelet op de huidige situatie in Afghanistan zijn de COI en de nota over het beleid met betrekking tot dit land verouderd.

Op 16 augustus 2021 heeft het CGVS besloten tot een tijdelijke, gedeeltelijke opschorting van de betekening van beslissingen van verzoekers afkomstig uit Afghanistan.

This COI Focus aims to provide information on the security situation in Nangarhar province’s Jalalabad, Behsud and Surkhrod districts and is an update of both the COI Focus Afghanistan. Afghanistan: Security Situation, published on 25 June 2021. This report presents information from 1 February 2020 until 31 May 2021. If any developments significantly change the security situation in these districts, Cedoca will update this COI Focus as soon as possible. For a general introduction to the security situation in Afghanistan, reference is made to the EASO report listed above, published in September 2020.

This report follows the structure of the individual provincial chapters in the EASO Country of Origin Information Reports on the security situation in Afghanistan.

This report was written according to the EASO COI Report Methodology (June 2019) and the EASO COI Referencing Guide (June 2019).

This report aims to provide information on the security situation in Afghanistan, which is relevant for the assessment of international protection status determination, including refugee status and subsidiary protection.

This report is an update of the EASO COI report Afghanistan Security Situation first published in January 2015 and updated annually. This report is produced in line with the EASO COI Report Methodology (2019) and the EASO COI Writing and Referencing Style Guide (2019).

This report provides information about relevant security trends in the period between 1 January 2020 and 31 May 2021.

This COI Focus aims to provide information on the security situation in Kabul City and is an update of both the COI Focus Afghanistan. Security Situation in Kabul City from 8 April 2020 and the Kabul City chapter taken from the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) Country of Origin Information Report. Afghanistan: Security Situation, published in June 2021. This report presents information from 1 April 2020 until 15 May 2021. If any developments significantly change the security situation in Kabul, Cedoca will update this COI Focus as soon as possible. For a general introduction to the security situation in Afghanistan, reference is made to the EASO report listed above, published in June 2021. 

This report follows the structure of the individual provincial chapters in the EASO Country of Origin Information Reports on Afghanistan. The general description of the city contains information on the geography and population. The chapter on the background of the conflict takes a longer-term look at the security situation in Kabul and includes descriptions of the actors active in the city. In the chapter on recent security trends, the nature and frequency of the violence, illustrative incidents as well as civilian casualties and the further impact on civilians in Kabul are described within a timeframe from 1 April 2020 until 15 May 2021. Lastly, a separate chapter is dedicated to population displacements caused by the conflict and the situation of internally displaced people (IDPs) and returnees in Kabul City.

In deze COI Focus bestudeert Cedoca de prevalentie van corruptie en documentenfraude in Afghanistan. Dit rapport is een update van de COI Focus Afghanistan. Corruptie en documentenfraude van 21 november 2017. Dit document beschrijft de nieuwe ontwikkelingen sinds januari 2018 en concentreert zich op de huidige situatie. Cedoca raadpleegde voornamelijk bronnen gedateerd van januari 2018 tot en met december 2020. Omwille van hun relevantie en voor een goed begrip van de context van corruptie en documentenfraude in Afghanistan, heeft Cedoca ook enkele oudere bronnen geconsulteerd en opgenomen.

Deze COI Focus geeft geen uitsluitsel over de authenticiteit van een specifiek document dat ter ondersteuning van een concreet verzoek om internationale bescherming is neergelegd.
